Despite this advantage, some companies or group of people are under one or various of these situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Not enough time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not enough focus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Defensive attitudes during the conversations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blah, blah, blah\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our proposition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We organize and facilitate a training workshop that guides the attendees through concepts and practice on their context of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How does these workshops look like?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshops are tailored for different audiences (executives, middle managers, product managers, educators, tech people, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tailoring process is based on workshop goals, previous knowledge and revision of future expectations the attendees are expected to fulfill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Workshop phases<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Phase 1, workshop preparation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Define goal, scope, format and details of the workshop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare the workshop and the specific use cases (if it\u2019s required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Concrete how workshop is going to be performed (on site, hybrid, on-line).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Concrete the agenda and structure of the workshop with the point of contact: how the hours are going to be divided and which content is going to be discussed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the level of the attendees and tailor the content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Phase 2, workshop execution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform the workshop based on the conditions defined during the preparation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Phase 3, workshop wrap-up<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meeting during 30 \u2013 60 minutes to wrap-up the course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Which formats are available?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The format is organized with respect the requirements of the customer and in alignment with the goals pursued.
