Mapas Game

A turn-based Wardley Mapping game. Read the climate, play your hand, evolve your value chain — and don't run out of capital.

The objective

You steer a five-component value chain across 10 turns. Every turn you respond to the market climate, optionally commit to a strategic gameplay, and decide where to invest. At the end you receive a composite strategy score built from your capital, how far you evolved the map, your operating efficiency, and how well you contained market risk. Spend recklessly and you'll go insolvent before turn 10.

How a turn works

1 · Climate

Pick one of three climatic patterns. Each carries a cash tailwind or headwind that hits your balance this turn.

2 · Play

Select a strategic gameplay. Each costs capital but grants a perk — pick the one that fits your turn.

3 · Evolve

Invest in value (move up), invest in performance (move right), or skip investment this turn.

4 · Commit

Settle the turn: collect revenue, pay inertia drag, resolve risk, and advance.
